Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity starts
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants don't follow the rules
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 15 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
